Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.4224), the persons who keep two and more children will obtain extra safeguards concerning a priority right to keep the job by dismissal of employees in the result of changes in organization of manufacture and work, as well as guarantees concerning prohibited refusal in employment, dismissal of reduction in wages of women with two or more children.
The Committee upholds the Bill, as its adoption will protect the parents with two or more children from dismissals under the conditions of economic crisis, and grant extra social safeguards to them.
